Where your order ships from

Every order ships from our U.S. warehouse in North Carolina.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside the United States.

Handling time

Orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of order confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or a U.S. holiday are dispatched the next business day.

Transit time and tracking

Once dispatched, tracked delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. Estimated delivery windows are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every paid order to all 50 U.S. states.
Free 50W sample: you pay $9.99 shipping + $4.95 handling ($14.94), plus sales tax where it applies. One per order.

The sample's shipping and handling fees apply only to the free sample offer; regular product orders never carry them. The shipping fee covers inbound freight from our supplier and delivery from our North Carolina warehouse to you. The handling fee covers warehouse picking, packing, and packaging materials.
